Eyefinity few questions before i punt

Hi everyone,

Really been looking at this tech for a while and think it's time to jump in, however, I have a few questions, which i hope you nice peeps can answer to make sure im not wasting money.

I currently have

AMD 6970 (ref)
BENQ G2420HDBL (24") DVI 1920x1080p

Thinking of getting the following to go eyefinity

2 x BENQ G2420HDBL
1 x Sapphire Active Mini Displayport to Single-link DVI Adaper

Now i see there is a Single or dual Link! which one do i need?

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a desk that can hold 3x 24" monitors? Somthing around £100 max

Single link (active as you said).

Depending on the games you play a single HD 6970 could well struggle at 5760x1080 resolution.

thank you, yeah im thinking maybe i should add another card, or get a 7970, just seen an overclock review on Guru and it looks like a beast once the core goes up.
