Eyefinity on one TITAN

Eyefinity is AMD tech, the Titan is nVidia.
But the nVidia equivalent will be possible, so long as you have the correct display adapters - the cards only have 2 DVI, so you would need a monitor that supports Displayport or HDMI (not sure if the nVidia version would require Display port to be used for 1 of the outputs as the Eyefiniti does)

so if I have 3 x hdmi 24" screens I would need a couple of hdmi to dvi adapters and I would be good to go?

From the GTX6xx onwards all of the Nvidia cards (reference design at least) have the ability to drive 3 displays without the requirement for adaptors - they have the necessary clock generators onboard to do so. A 4th display can be added as an "accesory" display which requires DP IIRC.

The first two cards can be connected via DVI and the third via HDMI or HDMI-DVI adaptor (I run the latter).
