Does anyone know how to set up presets with hotkeys to swap between eyefinity and a non-eyefinity display under Crimson?

I had presets for CCC but the options seems to have changed so that you can no longer apply custom hotkey configurations; it just gives the option for an application shortcut under manage presets. Without these, I will have to recreate my eyefinity group every time I switch and adjust bezel compensation each time as well.
