So I'm at UNI and me and some house mates want to have a go with a triple monitor set-up on my PC. Now mine is a 27" monitor and the other two are 24" and 22".
So I figure if my 27" and the 24" turn down the res to output at the 22" everything will be fine. I have 2 5870's in crossfire and I am using DVI and 2 vga one going into the second GPU. Now I understand that only the first GPU can be used to display. So the 27" and the 24" I group together to make one big screen, this works perfectly but for some reason the 22" monitor is undetected. (I have a spare HDMI to VGA cable too)
Now i've switched cables around so the 22" is in the main GPU instead of the second and it will output fine but whatever monitor is in my second gpu wont work can someone please help.

p.s. I know both GPU's are fine as I reinstalled the GPU drivers and all three monitors worked fine, until I restarted my PC. :*(
