Eyefinity Question

would it be possible to use 3 x AOC E2239FWT 21.5" LED TOUCH SCREEN MM monitors in eyefinity with touchscreen enabled?

I believe the touch tech is separate to the eyefinity stuff... Couldn't say for sure
