Eyefinity with 28" hanns.g

Hey everyone

I have a bit of a problem. I bought a 28" Hanns.G monitor with this new build back in Sept last year. The problem is that no-one sells these anymore. I want to go Eyefinity with my new 5870 crossfire setup.

Does this mean I have to sell the Hanns.G and get three 24" monitors? Or, could I use 2 x 24" either side as long as they have 1900x1200 res? Will it look crappy? I guess I only want to see peeps from the side?

Is the recommendation to have three of the same monitors?

You can mix the monitors if you want. A lot of sources say that you need the same resolution on each monitor but that's not really true. Eyefinity will use the lowest resolution across the 3 monitors.
I have 3 the same but I have read of people going for a larger centre monitor.

according to someone on this forum, stock should be coming in wk1 or 2 of april as they are coming by sea or something.

Apperently Hannspree is the same company and has the same monitors for sale (different logo). Quick google actually brought them up cheaper as well.
