I'm not sure if there is something wrong or not, but if anyone had the EyeTV Diversity and could give me some help I would appreciate it.
The main problem I am having is with the dual tuners. I cannot get both the tuners working. I am thinking that there may be a problem with the splitter cable that was included.
With the ariel plugged in with no splitter I get a decent signal like this:
Now if i plug the splitter in and select Dual Tuner I get rubbish signal on one tuner and the other tuner will not even pick up channels.
Diversity mode does not work either:
Now I take it something is wrong? Any ideas? I bought it about a week ago from an apple shop. Do I take it back or do I need to contact elgato?
