Ezflash freezing

I decided to update the bios on my B650E-E I downloaded the latest file but whenever I try and read the file in the bios the system freezes.

Anyone come across this before?

It's in the right format and it didn't even start to read for some reason. Think I've fixed it though I did a full format on the USB stick, put the bios on and tried again and it's updating as I type

It seems to be working ok so far it's still very slow to boot compared to my b550 system but no other issues that I have come across
