F.E.A.R. problem on 360...

First of all i'll say that i'm loving this game, scaring the pants off me as well which is always a bonus

Anyways...I have this problem, i'm on the mission when you need to find Alice Wade and escort her to the roof, however the level of the building i'm on seems to have a glitch as when i'm walking around, i'm being shot from somewhere, I have searched every tiny little corner of this building level and can't find anyone, does anyone know of a glitch that might cause this problem and how to fix it?

I also noticed earlier on in the game that a bad guy got somehow caught up in a wall, some kind of "clipping" glitch I guess, but he couldn't move from it, I could barely see him and he was able to shoot me, just thinking maybe the same thing has happened again!

Don't really want to go back to an old checkpoint as it took me ages to get here, is there some kind of fix or anything I can from XBOX live to sort the glitches?

Phew...past it...if this happens to anyone else, basically run til you get to the elevator, fighting about 3/4 bad guys along the way, doesn't matter about the girl, she just follows when all is safe, lost about 6 medikits doing it this way but at least I don't have to rollback, wahey!
