F.E.A.R update problem.

Ok, just got F.E.A.R today so I downloaded the update (v1.03) from Fileplanet, went to install and I get an error message saying this update is only compatible with the English (United States) version of the game. Eh? I've looked around and I can't find any other patches. What's going on?

Doh, god damn it, just found the UK update. FFS, just wasted a few hours waiting for the US version to download. The thing is, if I use the auto-updater/downloader provided it downloads the same patch (US patch).
