For some reason the new WUs have destroyed my ppd, which wasn't that great in the first place. Was 2800ppd now 1700ppd. Ah well nevermind.

theheyes, which drivers are you currently running? Which OS are you running under? Do you have anything else running that uses lots of CPU?
 
yea should be on a lot more ppd then that, but then, what card are you using?
i'm still getting less ppd with the bigger units, even when the system is just sitting there. not complaining though :) just curious why

also any ideas on the REALLY long delay between WU's, like 2 hrs to try and send before it decides to que it and then start a new WU?

Sorry, I was using the recommended drivers but I managed to get the .35 drivers working and ppd is now 4500. I have an 8800GT.
 
Good good.

I've just picked up a cheap 8800GS. Still undecided whether to put it in my x64 XP or x64 Vista rig.

don't need one - just your username and team number is all i input.

Make sure all people have updated to the latest beta client - my old one stopped picking up units last night till i updated this morning to the new beta version
