F@H bigadv on windows down

Looks like it only affect windows machines, my linux vmware image seems to have got one no problem.

bigadv server 130.237.232.141 is going into accept-only mode for a few days. We're getting ready to upgrade the server software there, and we can't have any outstanding jobs when we do that.

I've dropped everything to -advmethods except my VMware machine which is still eating its way through a bigadv
SR-2 is doing well with 82K PPD on 24 threads, but its nothing compared to the 145K it should be doing.

Its random apparently, there is a massive shortage of work. For me I don't babysit my rigs enough to manually switch them over and they aren't automatically switching over either so there is a high likelyhood that they will just sit there idle for hours if they can't get a bigadv WU.
