With the release of all these SMP clients, Linux & windows, Mac O/S, etc etc, and the ability use 64-Bit Linux Distributions under VMware, I was thinking we could solve allot of questions by adding a few items to the Ocuk F@H Setup guides, in particular:

--> F@H smp Installation / Setup - WinDoze Native Installation
--> F@H smp Installation / Setup - WinDows under VMware, Linux Base O/S
--> F@H smp Installation - Setup - Linux Under VMware / WinDoze Base O/S
--> F@H smp Installation - Setup - Linux Native Installaiton
--> F@H Monitors under the different configurations (EM-III, FahMon, etc etc).

I can help with the basic Linux stuff, all be it, I'm certainly not a Linux Guru. I don't have WinDoze 64-Bit so unless somebody could "Loan" me a Key I couldnt' assist with that portion. My main box has 2-TB's of disk storage, and I have VMware Server 5.5 installed, so there's allot of room for multiple O/S smp installation configurations if it's needed.

Any other suggestions / comments?

New site design is almost finished.

EDIT: I will be adding a WinSMP section also since it is now more popular than when I originally wrote the guide.
Cool !! Wish I'd of found that this weekend, would have saved me a good bit of time !!!!!

In any case, is this where all the setup guides are going ?

Definitely like the new site better.

Roger that on coding it yourself, that's allot of hours.

Send out a template / styles file, and ask those that are writing them to put the content is somewhat of a consistent fashion to your site, then you'd have only minor editing to do.

Or Alternatively, have those that contribute, PDF their How-Too's then you just host the PDF's / links, but, would be nice to have a standard template there too.

Just a thought.
