F@H SMP client only using 25% CPU

As title, the SMP client on one of my rigs is only using 25% of the CPU. It was working fine until this morning when it rebooted after the Windows updates. Luckily, it's the one machine I have direct access to remotely at the moment but nothing seems to make any difference. I've tried restarting the client (several times), rebooting the machine and playing with the priority. I checked the affinity in task manager and it's set to use all 8 cores. There's nothing else using the CPU (except the small amount the GPU clients use) - the remaining CPU is on system idle process :confused:

Anybody have any ideas? I'm at a loss. As I said, everything was working tickety boo until this morning.

FYI:
The machine is an i7 920 @ 3.6GHz running 1 SMP client and 2 GPU clients on a GTX295. The project it's working on currently is a P6701 (it has done loads of these before with no issues).

The first section is it being normal - frame time around 8m 45s. The following sections are it being ghey - after the reboot from the Windows updates - frame time now around 19mins.

I've just uninstalled the two updates installed at that time and rebooted. I'll monitor the situation to see if that changes anything.

Edit: Task manager still says only 25% CPU being used by F@H.

Sounds like your client has downloaded the single core work unit hence the 25% usage. Did you use SMP flag on the client command line?

D'oh!!!!!

I changed the machine to use startup delayer to start the client after reboot and made a new shortcut but forgot to add the -smp flag. P6701 is an SMP unit but it was only Folding at uniprocessor speeds.

You'd think with nearly 14 million points, I'd avoid schoolboy errors like that
