Anyone else having this issue?
A few days ago my SMP client went crazy, EUE'd 5 or so units instantly. I figured it was probably my overclock so I dropped it down, but the same thing happened. I deleted my folding folder (lol) and it picked up a new unit, went ahead and folded solidly until earlier, when the same thing happened.
I checked the units and they were all 101xx units, which seem to have issues with the -smp 7 flag. I was under the impression this had been fixed, but it seems not. My SMP client runs slower using all 8 threads as I also fold on my 470, leaving a thread free for the GPU client seems to help my production.
Any fix for this that anyone knows of? Or will I just have to run without -smp 7 and lose a few k ppd? On the plus side at least I know my overclock wasn't causing the issue so I can set it back to that speed.

Oh, system specs - i7 930 @3.8GHz (was at 4GHz), 24GB Kingston HyperX Grey, MSI GTX 470 Twin Frozr, all watercooled. System hasn't failed a WU partway through since I got the overclocks dialled in, only these times when it's failed instantly which is why I'm ruling the overclock out.

You shouldnt need smp7 anymore with the nvidia 280.x drivers, although they run the gpu hotter they use less CPU (makes sense really) I don't run one less core anymore even with three gpus running.

I'm seeing a consistent ~1k drop in PPD from the CPU with it using all 8 threads, that's why I originally dropped it to smp7.
What GPUs do you run?
Oh, and I'm using the 285.62 drivers.
