F-Secure causing problems.

A mates got a problem, because he installed f-secure because it came with Tesco internet which he's had for a while now, but then he moved to TalkTalk, and that also had a security program, which was a rebranded f-secure, and the two programs have clashed, and now he can't use the internet because the parental controll part of on of them is blocking it. Any ideas?
