If I'm honest this won't be a pre order like the first one. I'll wait until around Christmas before having a look at it. No doubt a few on here will be doing the same.

Indeed, i liked the first one, despite its flaws, but if the seconds released in a similar state i won't be buying it.

yeah I pre-ordered the last one, we got what... one patch? It didnt fix anything and still doesnt work too well with my dfgt.

Interesting that they're still going for a mid/end of season release. I wonder if they'll try and align the release with the start of the season over the next few years?

Yeah I'm in the same boat, still good for relaxing with a controller for me for a little fun, but unless it moves more towards the sim side of things (or at least provides a few more options to switch between arcade and sim) I will probably pick it up on sale at some point.

I'm not so sure, the cars change too much over the full year and if they release at the start of the season the relative performance of the teams will be miles off.

I would like to see more of the following to incorporate the real life F1.
• Adjustable rear wing
• KERS
• Better tyre wear
• Full damage (not just my front and rear wing falls off)
• Random acts by your pit team (Don’t put on the tyre correct it falls off etc)
• All pit boss’s are not from Yorkshire.

Also maybe a track design suite, and also a part were you can tweak your upgrades, (choose between wings, exhaust exiting system and mod them and see their effect in the wind tunnel and use them etc. (Yes I Know I am dreaming abit here :P)

Some of these everyone will not like and are a bit farfetched but it will give the game more input by the gamer and enjoyment

agreed, but it will in escence, it will be a console port, so can you see the consoles managing to deal with that?

I didn't get the first one because I knew it was bad and kept waiting for it to hit the under £10, but it never made it and is still £15+ everywhere. But I'll be pre ordering this one as I fancy an f1 game.

I just cant invest in a seasonal game that doesnt start in the first few months of the season - it just seems quite an essential thing to get done and really should have been negotiated as part of the F1 license...

ps3ud0

Won't be going near this either. 2010 was fun for a bit til I realised they weren't going to bother with fixing the issues it has. That is the last CM game I'll ever buy. They are a joke these days...all hype and nothing to really show for it.
