Kubica - Unknown race fitness. His seat would seem to be taken, but there are still open talks with Lotus?! 2013 talk of Ferrari to replace Massa... (29/11/2011)
Sutil - Musings about him heading to Williams...(16/12/2011)
D'Ambrosio - No Seat confirmed anywhere, but talks are on-going (29/11/2011)
Senna - There was talk of him getting a look in at Lotus, but this seems far fetched now (29/11/2011)

I think he was at the young driver tests, and did a good job and impressed the team.
Not sure what else he is bringing in terms of money or sponsors, he has some pedigree in gp2 though. Not won any major series though...

Di Resta will surely stay at FI for one more season at least. If he does well again, I can see him being snapped up as a number two somewhere perhaps to replace Massa (if Kubica fails to show up), maybe Mercedes will want him?
 
Is the Kubica rumour of a Ferrari seat because he may never be fully fit but could probably cope being a No.2 driver?

I think it has been being touted for a while now, I think the rumours were around pre-injury for Kubica. Couple of year ago at least. If anything the injury has pro-longed Massa's career (certainly at Ferrari) by a couple of years.
 
I was thinking that if you left F1 to go eslewhere you may drop out of the shop window. I suppose Grosjean disproves that to some extent... I would use Kimi as an Example, but Ex-champions don't seem to have issues coming back at the moment!
