I'll have this tomorrow from amazon, I got the standard edition for £29.99, I'll post a mini review then.

Well first impressions, the handling has been tweaked, not too radically but the handling of the cars seems to have changed slightly really rewarding a good line and turn through a corner. The graphics look more 'matte' than 'gloss' this time but both the cars and tracks are still very detailed and polished looking. There are all the usual modes but now with the addition of a comprehensive scenario mode offering a progression of unlockable themed challenges that all look pretty good fun. The addition of classic cars is in the form of a whole new mode, offering its own GP mode, scenario mode and time trials. All in all it is a very solid package for the GP fan.

I love the handling on the 80's cars, they're so cool to drive. Imagine a full 1980's grand prix legends game...

Disappointed with the MP, saturday morning and nobody online at all, i.e. not even one game up! Reckon this must have been a sales bust for the codies.
In contrast F1 2012 MP was always pretty busy.

VF, I played about 60 races online with classic and non classic edition players, just nobody on this morning.

No, there's a major bug that standard users and collectors edition users can't race with each other. It's on the Codemasters forums.

From what I know now, I wish I never bought 2010/11 and 12. Only I don't have a DeLorean. :/ Though I'm glad I never bought 2012 for the PC.

I checked on the codies forums and there's no mention of a bug with the classic edition, which is the same game BTW. Just nobody online, can't believe this game is dead after a week :-/

I'm only interested in single player mode.

What is the career mode like?

Also, does this have a manager type mode?

Career mode and other single player modes are good, overall the graphics are improved from 2012, particularly the frame rate, which means less input lag at critical moments, which makes the game much more playable.

Put a lot of time in with this and it is good, more sim oriented, though of course opinions will vary. I love the 90's cars just too much.
