I got it early on the PS4 and have been playing it every night since Tuesday.
Much better than last years half attempt. The career is good and adds a lot to the game with development and upgrade targets to meet in practice, qualifying etc.
FFB is also improved and feels nice with a Thrustmaster T300RS with just a bit of twerking.

Following with some interest, probably won't bother with it tbh though as previous F1 series have been laughable
It's the best one for a few year, the others didn't offer much change for year and 2015 was missing pretty much everything.

Ordered earlier on PSN and had a quick play through now its downloaded, its very good, much better than last years and probably the best F1 game I've played in many years.

Anyone on the PS4 version got issues with the audio not being defined, like it's mushy? On my own it's ok but in a race it's really hard to hear things like my gear changes and other cars around me.

I'm not sure whats up with the audio but it is different, not sure I can quite explain!

I moaned last year because it didn't have a career but you are right sometimes a career can feel like a chore. However with the practice objectives I actually enjoy doing that practice, qualifying etc.
Actually I'd say this is the first proper update for an F1 game for quite a few years.
Great game, I've had every game since 2010 and this is a hundred times better than all of them. It feels so immersive and much more complete, even being able to watch the practice session from your car on the live TV... ridiculously cool!

I had a entertaining race on f1 game last night in shanghai. I qualfied at 8th place due to me being **** in the rain(it was raining in qualifying and during the race i was 2nd, chasing vettel with two laps to go and guess what? Had a ****ing puncture which forced me to pit! But with 2 laps to go, vettel ****ed up his tyres too! i ended up finishing 14th Brilliant game.

Last 2 races have both had safety car incidents for me 1st one i was in 2nd place and pitted under safety which ruined my race finished 8th
