F1 2018 PC settings help please

So does anyone know where I can go to set gear ratios please , also how do I setup up buttons on my wheel ?

Game Options -> Settings -> Controls, Vibration and Force Feedback -> Control and Calibration Schemes - edit the profile (or create a custom one) and you'll have tabs with options for keybinds as well as deadzone, linearity etc.

As for gear ratios, you can't change them. They've been fixed for the whole year under F1 regulations since 2014.
