F1 2023 - Pre Season Testing

Yesterday they initially said that it's saving $250k to ship the smaller pit wall around the world which would help against the cost cap, only to be reminded straight away that transport costs aren't part of the cost cap.
I don't think Haas worry about the cost cap. Its' just cost.

Toto has said porpousing is not an issue. Hopefully they can work on extracting speed from their design rather than focusing on the bouncing.

Ferrari still doing it though?

red bull looks just as nice underneath

You'd think, but broken wrists don't seem to stop MotoGP riders so who knows?
I'd imagine 'broken wrist' covers quite a wide range of severity. I fell off an e-scooter a couple of years ago and broke my elbow and wrist. It wasn't like a clean break though, just hairline fractures. I was cycling again in 6 weeks.

The Merc is looking pretty good, imo, much better than last season. Red Bull and Ferrari look the pick of the bunch though.

That's all good and well but we still don't know what the actual speed is when pushed . Really hope they are just holding back more than the others we won't know till qualifying gets underway

aero wise the merc got better and better, it just had no speed last season. mainly turned down because of the bouncing no doubt. so fingers crossed for 2023

Red flag as Russell grinds to a halt. Looks like gearbox, stuck in 4th?

Ah, the steering wheel flashed up "hydraulic failure" immediately before it stopped working.
