Did anyone in the Manchester area see the guy who made his own F1 car from a ford sierra, fiat panda and some other misc bits including two bike engines, and then added mud flaps and bits to make it road legal? Allegedly had a 0-60 of 3.5 seconds too, wondering if anyones seen it before/how it handles!
