F1 Testing 2012 - Week 3, Barcelona

True but all one needs is a high speed camera..job done :) and I bet some teams do this(maybe)

Maybe?

I would suggest that a considerable sum of money is spent on gaining intelligence on what other teams are up to and what their cars look like.

All that hiding which RBR do really amounts to very little, given that if a team want to, they will simply view the millions of detailed photographs which they have of the RBR car.

do you get a kick out of posting the most useless speculative rubbish or what?

Every comment I've seen you make in this forum seems to be you just playing devils advocate to everyone else, as if you have some incredible insider knowledge on every facet of formula 1.

Give it up for goodness sake :)

Ferrari done the same yesterday, I was told they will be doing the same today, using used tyres for most stints in the race simulation, can you show me where they used all new tyres then?

You have no idea what info I can have really do you? :)

How about you give it up. Every comment you seem to make is just to whine about someone else, try adding some of your superior F1 knowledge to the thread.

Seems like Ferrari just can't get their exhaust position and floor working as they expected from the wind tunnel, looks like they are going to take a step back and go a bit more what they already know. Might help them I guess much like McLaren ditching the octopus exhaust when it just could not work for them.

They used a new front wing yesterday, which was not used today suggesting another part that is not working as expected. Lot's of work for them to get to grips with the car and if the wind tunnel data is still not showing the same on track as was the case last year then they might be forever chasing their tail while others move on.

Does anyone have any more details behind the Caterham times? Is the 1:23 a one off or have they been consistently that quick over any sort of run? No disrespect to them, but they are in that group of teams who wouldn't shy away from a glory run or two.

It's about time the FIA stopped teams hiding the cars like this, as a fan I find it really ******* annoying.

It's only red bloody bull who are so obsessed with it!
