F4-3600C16Q-128GTRS or F4-3600C16Q-128GTZN X570 Aorus Master Compatibility

Hi,

I've been struggling to find a 128GB 3600MHz (4x32GB) RGB at C16 timings on any UK stores. Can someone please point me in the right direction please? Why are they harder to find?

I can find plenty for C18 versions but from reading the forums, C16 will be better than something like C18 4000Mhz.

Context:
I bought my last computer 6ish years ago (Z170-A, i7-6700, 64GB DDR4 3200Mhz) and I'm now wanting to upgrade to the best that I can get. I do game on my computer but the primary role is as a workstation hosting a few large databases whilst I work (SQL and Neo4j).

Motherboard: X570 Aorus Master
CPU: AMD Zen 3 5950x
Graphics: Geforce 980 GTX

Nevermind, I found F4-3600C16Q-128GTRS and F4-3600C16Q-128GTZN but not sure if they will work in my motherboard. Any advise on this would be great!

hi,

I'm in same place, whole thing is confusing for a noob. Did you check the QVL list from Aorus for memory they have verified? Also then check the QVL for the memory supplier which is G.Skill to see which they recommend.
this has been recommended for me as it's "optimized" for Ryzen :
F4-3600C18Q-128GTZN, C18 and voltage is 1.35v
not bought yet...
