F8 Menu

I'm probably being dumb but i'm trying to disable the forced driver signing in Vista but can't seem to access the F8 menu, i repeatedly press it on boot up but it does nothing for me at all. I've tried searching the net and all it comes up with is the F8 key or the bcdedit workaround (which also doesn't seem to work).

Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Reboot the pc half way though Vista starting, that will give you the menu

Not sure why F8 isn't working

Or use this to disable driver signing http://www.vistabootpro.org/

Cheers for that Modo. Unfortunately turning the feature off never helped me get TAT working.

Yep. About an hour after that post i got into the F8 menu once but couldnt do anything other than wait for the timer to end and the PC to boot up windows normally

Used the program Modo linked to if it really did turn it off then it made no difference.

Sounds like you need to enable USB legacy in BIOS

Yep that was it

Turning off the driver signing thing doesn't seem to help with TAT anyway though. Nevermind.
