Premier League

Sunderland v Tottenham (1500 GMT)

Here's hoping that Man Utd can take a crucial step towards, dare I say it, an unprecedented quintuple. :D

Say it every time there is a big game on ITV but their picture quality is a disgrace total smear o vision like watching some dodgy net feed!

Totally dumb they only have ITV HD on freesat not Sky HD.

some years you'll just get some mismatches later on in the cup rather than early on, theres been crap games in the cup for decades.

The sunderland game is quite funny, mostly because spurs are losing. Lennon against truly slow pointlessly crap left sided players and they are starting to foul him. The balls he's been putting in "look" dangerous, but he just bangs them so hard the two that "could" have been dangerous gave the strikers just no time at all to react to them. He's like SWP he doesn't have a range of passing or a deft touch, its one option and its kick it as hard as his ickle legs can.

Evra did great against him, get sent off for fouling him all game, or just let him by and let him screw it up. Lennon's been their only "threat" as of yet.

Disgusted with the Spurs tactics tbh, Palacious got a foul for at full speed a split second before he got tackled put his foot on it, he was never ever going to actually stay on his feet trying to do a 180 turn at full speed, he was ALWAYS going down. Same with Keane hurt himself, got a foul but he didn't jump for the ball he just ran into the Sunderland guy going for the ball. Seem to be playing to get the other side booked at the moment.

Woodgate seems to be having a mare and Chimbonda playing on the left, I thought that was Ramos's terrible idea and redknapp goes and copies it, the least left sided capable right back in the league, flat out refuses to use his left foot, not to mention he's crap anyway :p

Wow...the FA cup really has lost all of its magic. Even though Arsenal are still in it I would have prefered a normal round of league fixtures.

the FA cup has.....What about the premiership ? this season as a whole has been awefull.

we can sit here and argue all day why its been awefull, either the top teams just not playing to what they can OR the lower teams are realy bumping there performances up and taking the top teams out of the game, as i say you can argue from both sides all day.

damn straight about the premier league aswell, which doesn't help in those games, you would say in years gone by Chelsea would have at least put on a show.

So many turd games in the league this year

Fulham: Schwarzer, Pantsil, Hangeland, Hughes, Konchesky, Davies, Etuhu, Murphy, Dempsey, Zamora, Johnson.
Subs: Zuberbuhler, Nevland, Gera, Kamara, Dacourt, Stoor, Kallio.
Man Utd: Van der Sar, O'Shea, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Fletcher, Carrick, Anderson, Park, Rooney, Tevez. Subs: Foster, Berbatov, Giggs, Scholes, Welbeck, Evans, Eckersley.

Yay Anderson starting :)
Doh Tevez starting :(

Ronaldo completely rested as expected, still a stronger team than I thought we'd stick out.

I'm glad we're starting with Tevez, Berbatov needs a rest. He must have ran 0.2 miles on Wednesday night. We can't have him knackered against Inter. :p

You say that but I've just checked the Opta stats and he actually ran more miles than Anderson and Scholes combined against Newcastle.
