facebook, cannot import any friends via hotmail link

Hi do you do this, is there an error on facebook at moment. I remember a while ago I when onto "import your contacts from msn messenger" in facebook but now when i do it i enter my hotmail email and password click sign in and nothing happens. just opens a 404 page ? tried it with Ie7 and Mozilla and the same thing.
