Facebook: Closed Groups

I have been approached with regards to setting up a nursery "closed" Facebook group that is private and invite only.

Is it possible to make a group so only admins can post info with no ability for members to comment or like?

yeah it'll be in the admin options somewhere.

You can limit who has access to what etc
