Facebook, creating an account for your business?

I'm completely new to fb but realised I'm missing out by not having my small start up company on it.

I'm a bit flummoxed by deciding whether I should create a business page via my newly created personal one OR as a separate one with a different login and email address?

Could some fb vets let me know their advice on this?

Use your normal account, and create a Group. The group will show you as the owner, but it is completely customisable as a business page.

Are groups different to pages? I've been reading people uses that method too..

I don't know all the differences, but with Groups you can create calendar events and stuff. Can't do that with pages as far as I know.
