Facebook is annoying

What annoys you?

People and companies automatically assuming that you're on Facebook (or any other form of social media for that matter).

Case in point, I went for a job interview last year where the interviewer asked me for permission to view my Facebook page and when I informed him that I wasn't on there he as good as called me a liar and the interview was concluded in the next two minutes. I didn't get the job!

Facebook reaffirms my belief that well over 50% of the population are idiots

Example:

as of 5th Jan, facebooks new privacy policy allows them to do whatever they like with my photos......blah, blah, zzzzzzzzzzzz gone to sleep

I think they did you a favour to be honest. Would you actually want to work for a company like that?

Malevolence - that is amazing! What an idiot. Looks like a dodged bullet there mate.

I had a few do the same. Facebook just makes me realise how much I dislike some of the people I know in real life.

Stop using it?

I did in November and haven't missed Facebook one bit. Even with relatively "normal" and intelligent friends, it's just endlessly reposted drivel.

+1

Did exactly the same and not missing it at all.

Not that ever posted a great deal but it's surprising how long it can take some people to notice you're no longer on it.

The amount crap that does get posted and ends up in your news feed is astounding.
