I listed an electric hob for sale before Xmas, its been roughly 11 weeks. To be honest I forgot about it. Today I've had 3 people make enquires about it and possibly pick up.

Anyone else experience this type of journey? Is this some sort of scam coming my way? Did it just suddenly appear or something?

Did your post include keywords of the item in question? Like a make and model and nothing else generic like 'electric', or 'hob' ?

Same, put my old pc for sale with zero interest after a couple of days. Then out of the blue 2 people wanted to buy it within the space of 15mins

Does google and the like index the marketplace pages, maybe they get crawled and available after a certain period of time?

Missus has the same, she has some items that have been up for well over a year then sudden interest off multiple buyers in the space of hours.

I've had this happen with an audio device, nothing for months and then five enquiries but all told you've got to collect so went quiet.
I never thought about it until this thread.
