It is a bit gash though that you can't keep your friends list and 'pages' (and also your profile pic) private anymore, in searches. Afaik anyway?.

Yeah, I'm annoyed about that... It seems that there are far fewer settings than before, and I can't change all the privacy options I want to... not to mention the fact whenever I want to block people seeing a video of me I have to block photos too... on the topic of that video, I hope the fb guys you report it too get rid of quickly, wasn't my finest hour

You can keep your friends list private - on your profile page, just click the pen icon on the friends box on the left (on the wall tab). There is a setting there you can change.

However, it means that your friends (as well as everyone else) will not be able to see your friend list.

Think you can remove your friends list from showing up in searches but i think that setting stops everyone from viewing your friends list as i asked someone to try unticking Show my friends on my profile box and its only showing Mutual Friends and no one else
