This is the first change that has actually annoyed me. I've had to delete a few videos as I can't make them private (as they group photos of me and videos of me together). Even marking the offending videos with custom privacy settings didn't work. GRrrr.

this privacy change is complete bull.
however, i sent a message to Mr Zuckerberg's sister about her nice profile pictures

i want my friends to be able to see my friends list, but not anybody else.
it's unacceptable that it's either 100% public or private. ****

it's all in the privacy settings
one of the most imporant ones imo is the profile pictures.
go to your photo album options, and then limit who can see your profile pictures album

How can I make my activity (wall posts, comments etc) private? Before I could make it so it wouldn't show up on my wall (expect status updates) but now it has grouped the lot together.
