Facebook pop up like box

Sorry, you want an annoying popup to appear every time a user visits your site?

Or you just want a modal which you can use on your site as and when you want? In which case I recommend Fancy Box

I really don't, no. It's a request from someone else and I've done everything I can do deter them from using something like that but they seem pretty set on it.
