Sorry to post this here but i am in a bit of a desperate situation, my FB account was 'paused' (it is not disabled i checked via their checker)
It says i must verify my identity suddenly, after years of use. To do so i need to confirm a code sent to my number. Listed is my old greek number which i cannot receive anything from, the number does not even exist anymore.
I seen i could remove the number if i was ultra fast before the mobile app time out, so i did. I now have no number under FB and i thought it would all be sorted, yet its still asking me to confirm my number but now i get no number to even confirm. (see image below)
I sell via the Marketplace and already people think i have conned them an think i have blocked them, as i have PP disputed opening.
I have tried calling the London office, tried the help section and also PM' the FB page. No avail. I need the account sorting ASAP.
How can i get this fixed guys? £20 to the winner.
