Is there a way of contacting them without logging in to your account?
I decided to join earlier today but somehow got my mobile phone number wrong. After successfully inputting some profile data and logging out, on trying to get back in I got the "unusual activity" and now it wants two step verification. I can generate the code via email okay, but not the one by sms. If I try and enter an alternate phone number in the prompt box, comes back as invalid.
I've tried the Forgotten Account details to rest password but it still wants that second code which I can't get. There doesn't appear to be any actual support until you log in. I've now had a message saying my account will be deactivated in 48 hours, presumably because they think my attempts to recover it are someone hacking the thing.
