I have an ipad air 2 and virgin media superhub2 on a 150mb downstream and 15mb upstream (and I get in reality 145 and about 12 mb on average).
When I facetime, the other person can see me clearly but I lose the picture of them in a few minutes, though I can hear them.
Does this mean my end is ok as the see me without stutter and the issue could be with their bandwidth?
