Please help!
I am in Afghanistan trying to use facetime. Its my mates ipad mini and my wife has an iphone 4. He successfully uses facetime all the time (he's here too) out here to contact his wife. My wife uses it at home all the time to facetime our daughter so it works, etc on her iphone. The wifi is excellent at both home and out here, and facetime is permitted / used widely out here.
I've added her email address and mobile no to his contact entry for her but it won't allow me to facetime her!? Why not? What are we doing wrong? Many thanks.
