FahMon/F@H GUI Client discrepency

According to the GUI client on my laptop the current WU has a little under 3 hours to go, yet FahMon seems to think it is closer to 7 hours.

Also, FahMon and the GUI Client disagrees on how long a frame takes. FahMon says 16 minutes a frame, GUI quite clearly shows 60-80 seconds a frame!

The FaHMon log of the laptop client shows each frame being completed every couple of minutes.

Really confusing!! Any ideas?

FahMon is correct - ignore the GUI as it's completely silly

edit: just double-check that the average time per frame in the benchmarks part of FahMon is about the same as what is shown in the log file and that ETA should be about right

Nah, summat's wrong with FaHMon. Looking at the times between frames in the log and the WU is due in around 2 hours. FahMon thinks it is over 4.

the info that FahMon is going on is obviously a bit wrong then - I think it uses the average time per frame based on previous performance, sounds like it's expecting it to be exactly half the speed it's currently working at

you didn't have it set at a much lower CPU % before or something? or been just using it a lot which has severely limited the cpu-time folding has been able to use?

No nothings changed and I have only been browsing t'internet. FahMon is displaying a better time than before so perhaps it was going off older data. Will know for sure in about an hour when the WU finishes.
