Yeah but how much is that going to cost! It doesnt say anywhere. Think I will just have to though.

Cant find a free alternative to that number either :(

0870 is local rate.

Call them, there's an option for missed pickups, they'll get it sorted.

Can we have a sticky saying 'Use your common sense before asking for help.'?

Another vote for this.

Although I do actually come in GD purely to look and laugh at silly threads :p

P2G did this to me before. Just didn't turn. I rang up and they had no excuse just said he didn't come. It was quite frustrating as the item HAD to be there next day, hence using the service. They didn't reimburse me or apologise.

Yeah just phone them or wait for their email. 0870 is national rate I think.

Did you think someone here was going to offer to deliver the parcel for you or something?

Thanks for the good replies. I rang them and see where it goes.

I guess I just really needed a rant ...
Sorry

Think yourself lucky they didnt pick up mate. Trying to get money out of them at the moment for a Lian Li case they crushed. Not just a little dent, the thing has been run over by an articulated lorry as best I can tell. Seems to be a common theme for them after searching around.
