Failed delivery - refund?

Paid an extra £30 on top of the standard £20 delivery to get a bed/mattress delivered on Saturday. No phonecall or text, no delivery.
Got a text this morning saying it will arrive today so have arranged for someone to be in.
Phoned the courier company to make sure it was going ahead today, they said yes but only 1 part of it. So will need to get someone to stay in on another day to get the missing bed or mattress (whatever part is missing) delivered.

Pretty sure I'm entitled to the £30 Saturday delivery fee refunded but what about the extra 2 days of having to arrange someone to be there.

Normally I don't bother about trying to get extra refund etc but this is taking the mickey!
 
The Saturday refund should be straight forward, you might get a token gesture for the hassle of the split delivery if they're feeling nice but I doubt it.
 
It's not critical, but I want it asap!

It gets better....1 part of the bed got delivered yesterday, the 2nd part of it delivered today. Still no sign of the mattress.

Fortunately I still have the old bed and it's not too much of a hassle to make sure someone's home but stuff like this could cause a lot of stress!!
