Found a spare 512mb stick of DDR laying around, thought I'd chuck it in with my 1gb set of GeIL Value memory and bring it up to 1.5gb, however it wouldn't boot, I know it's not this spare stick of DDR as I swapped out one of the GeIL ones for it to test it and it booted up fine.
I've got an Asus A8V and an AMD 3500+ (I think it's a Winchester core) on Windows XP. Is there any reason that it won't boot with a 3rd stick of memory in that I've missed? I'm utterly baffled
*I forgot to add that the memory in question is PC3200*
Cheers in advance.
