Hi not sure if this is the correct place to post.

Recently returned a zotac 1080ti to overclockers due to it not posting a display. Then recieved an email with a technicians report from OCuk confirming no post. They then sent the card off to Zotac who have returned the card saying no fault found.

Today after receiving the card back without packaging and hooking it up to 2 pcs it is still not posting despite what zotac said. I've also tested a spare 780ti in both pcs to confirm it is the 1080ti at fault and both times the 780ti posted perfectly. So the 1080ti is definatley faulty.

Here is a video of of the 1080ti not posting and the 780ti posting perfectly:

The card is neither posting from it's HDMI port or the display port tested with an Asus ROG MONITOR.

So do i return the card on another RMA and hope the fault gets aknowledged by Zotac who clearly have done nothing with this card at all.

Kind Regards

Mark

Yes i talked to the returns department last night and the guy we spoke to wasn't sure what zotac had done and presumed they had repaired the card, which they clearly haven't.

Send the card back to OCUK again. They've already confirmed the fault and have had one attempt to repair the problem by sending it to the manufacturers. If it doesn't get fixed next time around, then it will be down to OCUK to replace/refund, which you can insist on after two failed attempts. If you ask nicely they may be willing to test the card on it's return before they send it back to you.
