Failing psu?

Ive been having bsods and random crashes for months now, ive tested all components except from the mobo and gpu(and i dont know a way to check the psu) the most recent crash's reset the bios and sometimes nothing comes up on the screen on startup and the gpu fan gets faster,personally im thinking its the psu causing it (especially the random crashes) but i have no way of being certain, the psu is 3 months old and it is a coolermaster silent pro 700w modular psu. My gpu is a his 6850 bought from overclockers about 2 months ago

what do you guys think? any help would be appreciated

ok so ive ran it twice and the pc has crashed both times lol, after that i turned it off and removed gpu and started it up again, it started loading into windows then boom, no signal and i noticed that everything was still spinning (fans etc) apart from my hardrives, so if im right it pretty much looks like the psu is just failing when getting to a certain amount of power,anyone?

Have you downloaded mem test and checked your ram for problems, mem test creates a bootable disc so can be run external to windows.

yes ive done this 3 or 4 times even thought it always comes through with many passes and no errors
