Hello all, been a few years since i've been here so again return to consult your sage wisdom.
I've an antiquated PC (AMD Socket 3 years) all was working well. Installed some additional RAM and started getting an autorepair loop issue trying to get into Win10. Removed the new RAM and the problem still persists.
Reflashed BIOS with most up to date stable one Gigabyte had. Popped in a spare blank HDD assuming that the original had become corrupted in some manner.
Thing is I can't get the thing to even manage to boot either Windows 7 / 10 setup environment using bootable media, DVD or USB.
You get the usual BSOD or Windows Failed to Start. A Recent Hardware or Software Change might be the cause. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
Any ideas? Sounds like hardware death to me? Only confusing issue is that its back to its working hardware setup, unless its just unlucky and its perished on installing the new RAM.
Thanks in advance.
