Failure to boot - graphics

I've been building my new rig. Yesterday I installed Windows & started to install some software. This morning, it won't boot. It appears to be a graphics card issue.

Asus X299 Prime Edition 30
Asus RTX 2080ti
Seasonic TX1000

Asus motherboard code AA (system has transitioned into ACPI mode, Interrupt controller is in APIC mode)
QLED Boot light stuck on "VGA" (QLED checks key components during the booting process. If an error is found, the component's LED stays lit until the problem is found.)

Power to card ok, card's Aura lighting working.
Reseated both plugs
Reseated graphics card
Put card in another slot

Please help!

Have you got another graphic card you could try also try reseating your ram I read somewhere that helped someone with a problem like you've got are you running 2 separate cables to gpu or daisy chain

Yes, I will try another graphics card.
I will reseat the RAM
2 separate power leads from PSU to GPU

I'll get onto it now.

So here's where I am. The computer & card is currently working.

I tried a spare HD6450 card which worked fine.
I then tried my old Quadro P200 card which also worked fine.
Just on a whim, I put back in my new RTX2080ti & that worked fine too!
