Well my week off started well this morning.
Fired up the Gaming rig this morning for some froza and had a Greenscreen crash of of windows, PC then wont boot.
First fear was my 4090 had fried, so I pulled it and plug into the onboard display and checked the GPU nothing obvious (small blessings).
Still no POST,

Cleared the CMOS, still nothing

Pulled the ram sticks and tried them 1 at a time in different ram slots, nothing.

Put the whole thing back together, (except the GPU) it posted one to the bios safe mode and then which i reset to defaults and then when it rebooted hasnt come back since.

So im running out of ideas.

Mobo is an ROG Strix, Z690-F gaming, 13700k and 2 sticks of DDR5.

Anyone got any ideas?

Full spec?

Do you get any lights on the mobo?
How about the debug leds?
Tried using bios flashback?
Connected a mini speaker to get beep codes?

It sounds like reseating something caused it to post, then it detected something faulty and won't post. So try reseating what you did before, ram etc. Leave gpu out for now just for simplicity.

Clear the cmos via removing power and battery method.

Try booting with no drives connected. And remove non essential usb etc.

If it posts, let it reboot without changing anything.
If it posts again, change things manually, one component at a time.
If it doesn't, remove whatever you just reseated that allowed it to post.

ok, new motherboard, nothing still the same
Tried new CPU and ram as well still same issue
Tried pulling all internal USB headers
Pulled NVME drives
Pulled SATA drives
still aint working

gotta be the PSU right?

If PSU is the only thing you haven't tried alternating than everything seems to point that way.
If you have spare, try it.
If you have PSU checker, try it (that's however still not an 100% indicator that PSU is ok/nok).

What's the PSU?
