Fairly New Rig- Big Problem

Hi,
Recently upgraded my computer to a 7900GT, AMD 64 3200+ and A8N SLI SE Motherboard. I was a bit worried as it was the biggest upgrade I'd done in a long time, but it seemed to work fine for a week or so. I then went on holiday for 2 and a half weeks, came back, used it fine on the first day back but today, I played some Counter Strike Source this morning. After about half an hour of gaming, the whole computer froze, my headset gave a crackle and then silenced. I restarted my computer to be greeted by 1 long beep and 2 short ones. I see this as being a Graphics error, but what can I do about it? It was working fine before and now it won't even boot. I don't know too much about RMA and stuff. Any ideas? A possible cure for the problem which doesn't result in me waiting for a replacement or my money back would be ideal- I don't have another Graphics Card handy so I have to use my family's PC.

Thanks in advance,
Matt.

Have you tested the Ram 1x stick at a time (if you have 2), or could you try the Ram from the other PC if its the same, loads of boards when they say graphics error actually mean its the Ram and nothing do with the graphics card at all, could be in the wrong slots, so id test it in each slot as well.

Welcome to the forums btw. :)

Then again could be the card also as the 7900's are borked anyway.

Yay!
Thanks a lot everyone. It was the RAM, which was 1 stick of cheap 1GB DDR. Replaced it with 3x old crucial 256's, so it's not a big loss size wise. I am so glad it's not the Graphics Card, that was the most expensive part of the rig, and the only part which I couldn't replace with old spares lying around the house. Now I'll be looking for some fast Crucial/Kingston/OCZ/Other-reputable-make RAM, might just get it from here :)
Thanks again for the help. Running fine now. :D
