Fake filters

Anyone had any problem with fake Hoya and Tiffen filters from Amazon (direct or FBA) or ebay?

Curious as some seem to be much cheaper than on the highstreet.

In the market for a 49mm CPL and an ND.

Not used or purchased any of those brands from amazon but did purchase a Lee Seven5 big stopper from amazon that just did not feel right and i suspected it was countefit so i returned it and purchased direct and my suspicions were correct as the replacments quality was far superior

Purchased both from Amazon with no problems on several occasions. Not sure how I would know if they are fake though? Like I said, no issues.
